Victor Andrés and Renato Sérgio, students of Computer Science at UFMG and Smart Sense members, presented their POC (undergraduate dissertation) on November 29th.

Victor had as the theme of his research “The Improvement of a People Detection Algorithm with Respect to Accuracy and Computational Cost”.
Renato presented “The Development of a Simpler Method to Solve the Problem of Unsupervised Domain Adaptation for Image Domains”.

Both works have contributed to the efficiency of image recognition and classification algorithms.
